3rd Coordination Meeting

On 14 July 2025 the REBUILD consortium held its third Coordination Meeting, bringing together all project partners to review progress across work packages and plan upcoming activities.

During the meeting, the Project Coordinator IIPLE opened the session and presented an update on the overall project progress, including completed deliverables, the updated GANTT chart, and upcoming deadlines. Partners were also informed about internal financial reporting procedures for the first semester.

WP3 – Contents design, digitalisation and platform creation
ECECE presented the activities recently launched in July 2025, outlining next steps and expected deliverables for WP3. The consortium also discussed details of the Study Visit planned for September 2025, including agenda, logistics, and available budget. 

WP2 – Defining and Assessing the Impact of Catastrophic Events
University of Bologna provided a wrap‑up of WP2 activities, shared additional technical details related to the Study Visit locations, and thanked the partners for their collaboration throughout the work package. 

Communication Activities
WSB University provided an update on communication and dissemination activities, including ongoing work on D2.3, website updates, social media content, and the schedule for the next posts. 

The meeting concluded with final remarks from IIPLE. The consortium agreed that the next coordination meeting will take place on 9 September 2025, during the Study Visit.
