This deliverable presents the communication and dissemination activities carried out within Work Package 3 (WP3) of the REBUILD project.
The report summarizes the efforts undertaken by project partners to ensure visibility and effective dissemination of WP3 results, including:
project website updates,
partners’ institutional websites,
social media activities,
newsletters and promotional materials,
dissemination events and meetings.
The document highlights how project outcomes have been shared with relevant stakeholders, in line with Erasmus+ visibility and communication requirements.
The e-learning platform represents the primary digital output of Work Package 3 and serves as the core of the REBUILD capacity-building program. This interactive hub is designed to host specialized courses on sustainable reconstruction for VET students and professionals in Ukraine, Georgia, and Moldova.
Current Status: As of now the technical development of the platform is fully completed. The system has now entered the Pilot Testing Phase, involving 40 selected educators from the target countries. This phase is essential to validate the pedagogical approach and technical stability before the official public release scheduled for October 2026.
Key Features:
Access: Open-source learning environment based on the Moodle LMS, ensuring scalability and long-term sustainability.
Modules: Four technical modules focusing on:
EU Regulations & Standards
Economic Dimension of Reconstruction
Sustainable Construction Techniques
Digitalization & BIM
Interactivity: The platform incorporates self-assessment tests, video lectures, and an automated certification system for successful participants.
Multilingualism: Full support and content availability in English, Ukrainian, Georgian, and Romanian.
This deliverable provides a comprehensive manual for the REBUILD E-learning platform. It is designed to ensure that students, VET trainers, and professionals from all partner countries can seamlessly access, register, and navigate the educational resources once the platform is opened to the public.
Current Status & Implementation: The manual is fully finalized and currently serves as the primary guidance document for the 40 teachers participating in the pilot testing phase. Following the conclusion of the pilot in September 2026, the manual will be released to the general public alongside the platform's official launch.
Key features of the document:
Step-by-step Registration: A visual guide on how to create an account and enroll in courses (applicable for the public launch in October 2026).
Multilingual Support: To ensure accessibility, the manual is fully translated into English, Ukrainian, Georgian, and Romanian, removing language barriers for all target groups.
Navigation & Functionality: Detailed instructions on how to access the four training modules, track learning progress, and use interactive features.
Certification Guide: Clear information on the requirements for obtaining the professional certificate after course completion.
Technical Support (FAQ): A troubleshooting section to assist users with common technical issues identified during development and testing.
Status: Final
Access Level: Public (available upon platform launch)
Format: PDF Manual
We are pleased to announce that Deliverable D3.2 – Training Packages, finalized at the end of December, is now available on the project website.
The deliverable presents a complete set of training packages developed within Work Package 3, aimed at strengthening the competences of VET trainers in the field of sustainable reconstruction.
The materials cover four key thematic areas:
EU regulations and standards relevant to reconstruction processes,
Economic and financial aspects, including access to EU calls and tenders,
Reconstruction techniques aligned with European best practices,
Digitalisation in construction, with a focus on modern digital tools.
To ensure wide accessibility and practical use, the training packages are available in English, Georgian, Romanian and Ukrainian and will be implemented through the REBUILD Moodle platform.
We are pleased to announce that a report has been produced on the REBUILD study visit to Bologna.
In September 2025, the project partners visited Bologna, Ravenna and Umbria to learn about best practices in heritage conservation, seismic risk reduction and the use of green and digital technologies in construction.
📘 Deliverable 3.1 documents the experiences of this three-day study visit and is a key source of knowledge for Work Package 3 – Content Creation, Digitisation and Platforms.
The observations and knowledge exchange will contribute to:
Designing digital training modules for the VET sector in Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova,
Including principles of green transition, digitalisation and resilience in curricula,
Strengthening experience-based learning methods,
Developing competences of VET teachers and trainers in BIM, LCA and digital technologies.
Italian experiences and examples are a very important contribution to the development of modern, resilient and inclusive vocational education systems in the Eastern Partnership countries.
We are pleased to announce that the Deliverable D2.3: Communication and Dissemination Activities related to WP2 is now available!

We are happy to announce the release of the new project deliverable:
“Report on the State of the Art in Beneficiary Partner Countries.”
This report presents an in-depth overview of the current context in Ukraine, Moldova, and Georgia in relation to crisis response, resilience practices, and disaster risk management. It serves as a foundation for further work in the REBUILD project and contributes to understanding the local challenges and needs.
The document is available for viewing in the panel on the left.
We invite all partners and stakeholders to explore the findings and use them in ongoing and future project activities.
On April 11, 2025, a virtual study visit was held as part of the REBUILD project, attended by 38 participants, including project partners and invited guests from across Eastern Europe. This event provided a valuable opportunity to share knowledge, experiences, and best practices in reconstruction, construction, and vocational education.
The event featured three thematic sessions focusing on:
Georgia, highlighting vocational training in construction with an emphasis on skills for building renovation and disaster response, showcasing successful cooperation between vocational schools and industry.
Moldova, addressing infrastructure challenges such as floods, earthquakes, heritage restoration, and the rehabilitation of aging Soviet-era residential buildings. Key topics included the restoration of the Tighina Fortress and seismic risks in Chișinău, where about 80% of buildings require urgent attention.
Ukraine, presenting the devastating impact of war on civilian infrastructure, legislative and organizational responses, and examples of innovative solutions like modular temporary buildings and new compensation laws, alongside efforts for sustainable rebuilding.
Following the event, a comprehensive report on the virtual study visit was published on April 30, 2025. The report offers in-depth insights into partner activities, presentations, and key lessons learned.
Key takeaway:
Reconstruction is about more than technology and materials—it’s about people, knowledge, partnerships, and education working together to build resilient communities prepared for future challenges.
